The role of The Painter will be responsible for painting and upkeep of our various
properties, completing general painting duties as requested within the allotted
time frame.

- Maintains the upkeep of all properties in regard to painting etc.
- Complete internal and external painting duties.
- Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions.
- lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
- Completes all necessary reporting and documentation as required.
- Ensures that property and equipment are maintained in a safe manner.
- Reports any unsafe conditions to management.
- Complies with company's safety / security rules and instructions in performing.

- Complete all painting tasks in a neat and tidy manner.
- Participate in a rotational on call system.
