The role of The Painter will be responsible for painting and upkeep of our various
properties, completing general painting duties as requested within the allotted
time frame.

• Maintains the upkeep of all properties in regard to painting etc.
• Complete internal and external painting duties.
• Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions.
• lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Completes all necessary reporting and documentation as required.
• Ensures that property and equipment are maintained in a safe manner.
• Reports any unsafe conditions to management.
• Complies with company's safety / security rules and instructions in performing.
• work efficiently
• Complete all painting tasks in a neat and tidy manner.
• Participate in a rotational on call system.
