The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment activity, attracting and selecting high-quality candidates, and supporting the staffing requirements across our services.
Key tasks include:
- Live our Mission, Vision and Values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both domestic and international roles, including advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
- Monitor and maintain staffing levels across all services to meet current operational needs and planned admissions.
- Issue offers and contracts of employment in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure all new hires complete onboarding in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions for all roles across the organisation.
- Provide guidance and support to recruitment and administrative staff, fostering a high-performing team.
- Compile and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to support strategic workforce planning.
- Support succession planning by identifying talent and contributing to leadership development efforts.
- Use recruitment data and trend analysis to recommend improvements that enhance performance and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate and compliant personnel files in line with legal and company requirements.
- Promote a positive, employee-focused culture centered on quality, improvement, and performance.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection standards.

Essential Experience:
- 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or social care sector.
- Previous management or team leadership experience, with the ability to manage recruitment activity and deliver against staffing requirements.
- Strong knowledge of employment standards, legislation and best practice relevant to recruitment and HR.
- CIPD qualification or a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working in a similar HR or recruitment function.
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction and screening through to selection and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel between services as required.
